Not sure what thread number we are up to here but ALL ABOARD if you get JOY from buying and trying beauty products!!!

We sometimes enable but we also share out thoughts, support one another and generally share our love of beauty consumerism!

*Klaxon!!!
Was watching Nadine Baggott on YouTube and she interviewed a fab-sounding London Derm of Korean background. She recommends this UK-based K-beauty company. A lot of you have asked me who to recommend, and I had no idea. She said they’re fast and reliable. No waiting weeks and weeks like Stylevana, etc.

I keep waiting until our Sephora or Mecca Cosmetics (even more Luxe) gets their shit together and gets HAUS Labs so I can buy this HAUS Labs in the Golden Olive shade (260) because it sounds so perfect. (But so expensive I want to try it first!) Also blush looks fab!

@MidnightMeltdown - I have medium olive skin. Bane of my existence is finding a shade match. I have heard that Rose Inc has a super Light Olive Concealer. (Waaaay too light for me, but coverage is high and much cheaper than hourglass. I don’t mind spending up on concealer as I go through them so rarely.) I have been using The Saem Green Beige concealer and mixing with other concealer for a better shade match.

@PomRuns I am loving the Garnier green one - thanks for the recommendation 💜

I have some empties:

  • Simple de-stress sheet mask: as sheet masks goes this was ok. As usual, I got to uses out of it. That is just how I roll 🤩
  • Oleus jojoba oil for hair & skin: mainly used as a body oil - absorbs quickly and is nourishing. Was nice as a face oil too, and also a hair oil but only if washed out afterwards (as they state on the bottle). This was from a H&B advent.
  • Derma q10 & retinol hand cream: cannot recall where I got this. Was vair inexpensive. Was vair not worth it. Used on feet but really not enough. Actually felt drying on hands.

That Harper’s beauty box looks amazing, but I seem to be regaining control of my impulse buying. I really do have quite enough skincare to last me a decade or more.

Empty: Liason Brow Bond
note: 3ml volume, that’s the equivalent of 30 drops…
note: the mild brush discoloration (obvious sign of some darkening formula)
the brush however is a nice way to apply product and I had considered refilling the tube with castor or coconut oil.
zero effect with daily use.

Ok brilliant I may order then.
I've not worn anything on my nails for years and years as not allowed due to being a nurse. So my nails are always cut right down which I've got so used to that I now hate my nails being even slightly long @greenspaces4peace

Another note I had a sample pot of Charlotte tilbury magic cream and omg it's amazing! It's really thick so amazing on my dry skin
