Have come into some money unexpectedly and I'd like to get a new winter coat, thinking maybe I could get one in the sale as we're coming out of season?

I've bought for £60-80 before but can go up to £200 this time. No idea where to look as it's been about 5 years since I bought one. Needs to be super warm, long enough to cover my butt, and suitable for rural school run/ walks in the woods rather than shopping/city living.

I've got a Plant Hunter coat from Seasalt that I live in. It's almost knee length so keeps all the wet off, and it's fleece lined around the upper body so cosy warm too. It's survived several machine washes, and is really good quality. Think it was around £150 but worth every penny. I never go for a dog walk now without it.

Thank you @BoodleBug51 I've heard of Seasalt, where would stock them please?

Didriksons. You should be able to find one for that budget in the sale. Warm, waterproof and wind proof. I wouldn't wear anything else in winter now, total game changer.

@musicalfrog there's a lot of U.K. stockists for Didriksons too but yes lots of choice.
This is a website I'd recommend -

hollandscountryclothing.co.uk/collections/didriksons
