Ugg slippers

Has anyone had them?
Are they worth the money?
Do they end up stinking?
I usually but ballet style slippers from joules or the supermarket but I must walk in a very strange way and literally tear through the soles.
Any recommendations for naice slippers?
Since I’m at home all the time and trying to keep the heating off I’d like a pair that lasts longer than a couple of weeks. My last ones I started on Christmas and they are in tatters! £8! What could I realistically expect?

I have them and love them. Very cosy, come up small. No smell. They moulded to my feet and are lovely to wear. 3 years old and like new

If you buy the knitted type ones they can be washed, saying that mine are 3 or 4 years old and no smell.

I’ve never been an Ugg fan, or a fan of slippers in general- hate having hot sweaty feet! A friend convinced me to buy some slippers from the Ugg outlet shop. They are amazing. Don’t smell, wear them in the garden when it’s wet and the soles are still in one piece. They keep your feet warm but not hot and sweaty. Have had mine a few years now and they aren’t as fluffy as they once were so am going to treat myself to some new ones.

Ah no I was hoping you’d say they weren’t worth the money!
I’m just getting old and need quality slippers! I don’t know what I do to all these cheap ones!!!
I’ll have to invest!
Now I’ll obviously need new pjs and dressing gown!

Have a look at Just sheepskin. Sheepskin slippers (not necessarily branded) are worth the money.

I've had Mahabi's for the last 2.5 years and they are good as new. I wear them every day around the house!!

These have proper outside soles and are apparently very popular in lockdown

I invested in my first pair of ugg slippers two yrs ago and i have worn them constantly this las t yr and they are still going strong, the scuffette slip on ones are brilliant. I have just bought another pair. Brilliant value as i would have got through several £10 pairs in that time. Go for it, you won’t regret it.

I don’t think you necessarily need to get Uggs but I agree sheepskin slippers are worth the money. They never smell and are so comfortable.
I’ve had Just Sheepskin, Celtic sheepskin, Uggs and Costco own make. They’re all much of a muchness in my opinion. I replace them after a year or two when they get bald at the sole and heel. I’ve just bought these ones

Adore my Ugg scuffettes. Bought them in March, as I figured that I would be home a lot and it was worth splashing out. They are so comfy and warm, I love them!

I’ve had Ugg slippers for years and loved them! This time round I bought the same style from bedroom athletics and they are brilliant! Bit cheaper but great quality

I had ugg slippers -loved them and never got smelly despite wearing daily (except middle of summer) for 2 years. They were looking pretty sad so replaced this Xmas with similar pair from Just Sheepskin. Delighted with them so far and much cheaper than Ugg’s (though still not cheap, sadly!).

Ugg have an outlet store online also regular sales. M and m direct sell them plus other places. So check for best price.
My ugg slippers are actually slides. Really good sole on them. Wear them whenever I'm home which has been a lot recently.

I love my ugg slippers. They are 3 years old and still good as new. Ugg sell new insoles for £20 a pair on their website so I get fresh plump insoles every year rather than think about replacing the whole slipper.

I love my Ugg’s - on year 4 now with no signs of wear smell or losing shape
I’ve since bought them as presents for DD and DP
Just need to convert DS now

I’ve got some Lands End moccasins that are gorgeous. Cosy and warm, not sure how they will wear long term as I got them for Christmas but I wear them all day.

After 11 years of constant wear, my Ugg Anysley’s are finally falling to pieces and held together with duck tape whilst I wait for them to come back into stock. They were just the best buy, worth every penny and so comfortable ... and no, they don’t smell!

I tried on some UGG slippers. Really thin sole and didn’t feel “luxury” enough to justify the high price tag.

I don’t have the Ugg ones but I have a pair from Next for 3 years that are similar (but pink) & are still taking a beating. I’d recommend.

They are lovely but we’re narrow for my feet’s. I prefer Celtic sheepskin but, honestly, sheepskin slippers are the best.
