Polka dot dress

A friend has seen someone in a dress and would like one the same.

It is polka dot - white background with three shades of black, grey, pale grey large dots on. Very fifties style, with v neck, quite full skirt with some kind of netting under. Quite a sheer fabric I think.

Any ideas where to buy it? Any links?

Think that's the Monsoon one: here - it's called "Manhattan"
