Always keep a glass of water by the bed to stay hydrated and cleanse, polish and moisturise before sleep and in the morning. Of course, nothing beats a bank holiday lie in!

Early to bed, early to rise. Then use eye cream :)

Get to bed early, make sure you have some camomile tea before bed, sleep through the night ( ha, ha, ha!!!!)

Yep it's simple- nothing beats a full 8 hours sleep. Although a tiny tiny bit of concealer dabbed around the eyes helps me feel a bit fresher looking ...

Wash face in lovely cold water in the morning. Wakes your skin and brain up nicely.

No kids. Less gin. More fresh air. I've achieved the latter. The first two, not so much.

Get plenty of sleep, drink plenty of water.

Use a good firming eye cream in the morning to remove any puffiness

Always removing makeup and getting a good nights sleep (a distant memory with a badly sleeping toddler!)

Definitely make up off. I look and feel about 10 years younger if don't do this

Always wash face and aim for bed at least 9 hours before you need to wake up. That way, you'll probably get 8 hours (if your child decides to let you sleep through that is...)

No screens for an hour (preferably two) before bed, make up off and contact lenses out and glasses on before dinner during the week, and lots and lots and lots of water.

Think positively, be kind, and enjoy life to make your eyes radiate love, compassion and joy...hmmmm...must try that sometime.

I've started drinking a cup of hot water with a slice of lemon first thing every day and have really noticed a difference to my skin in general.
For eyes in particular, I always wear a big pair of sunglasses when it starts to get sunny, to protect the skin around my eyes. And always, always wear min SPF 15.

Weirdly, my skin and eyes always look brightest after I've had a night on the lash but this is very much a short term effect and not something I'd really recommend...Blush

Drinking plenty of water before bed helps me. I sometimes lie with cuculmber covering my eyes for an hour before bed. This also seems to help.
Totally removing eye make up before bed also helps.

Take your makeup off, get as much sleep as you can and drink lots of water to help keep the whites of your eyes clear. Listen to some calming music to help you drift off to sleep. Also during the day make sure you take time to ensure your eyes aren't strained. If working on a screen or reading a lot take time every half hour to look into the distance to relax the muscles.

lots and lots of water (not necessarily at bedtime as you'll be up all night popping to the loo!) to keep skin hydrated from the inside is important.

I've also really boosted my intake of healthy foods - fruit / veg, wholegrains etc and cut down on the processed stuff and my skin seems to be appreciating it!

Dark dark room.
Cosleeping if baby wakes up.
No caffeine after noon (sad I know!)
Take off makeup before bed.
Lots of water.

Drink lots of water, cut down on caffeine, take vitamins and cod liver oil, good diet and make sure every bit of make up is removed before bed, enough sleep for you. A good beauty regime with eye cream makes a massive difference.

I'm using a fitbit sleep tracker to see how much sleep I get, and its helpful to see when I get my best sleep, or see what patterns emerge. I write my worries down to 'get them out my head' and hope to sleep better and frown less, got to help my eyes a little. ..

Take your eye make up off properly. Don't have bad dreams that make you cry in your sleep! Hard one to avoid but gives me the bug eyes I'm the morning!

I sleep a little bit propped up which seems to help with puffy eyes in the morning. Also a silk pillow which seems to help my hair not get all tangled

My optician showed me how to 'massage' the edges of my eyelids to stimulate the glands in your eyes. (After a hot flannel to warm them up and open the pores) Supposed to help remedy dry eyes, and certainly helps mine feel a little brighter!
