No idea as we are in the same boat. The school nurses were very helpful, as we had to abandon the mass school vaccination (at pace) plan B was parking in the staff section at their base and waiting in the car until they were ready, having a chat in the car park and going in very slowly - with Emla cream on the arm beforehand. Well that didn't work so plan C was them coming to the house and doing it. I'm not sure if that was a lockdown special offer though from the school nurses as they weren't able to work as usual with schools closed. They were also very pragmatic that of the two jabs, they would always do the meningitis first as it was most important.

Still not jabbed Grin School immunisation team are still willing to try, I don't know if the GP surgery would be have anything more to offer.

For the vaccine my son just had, he was distracted with YouTube while lying on his side and the nurse very sneakily and quickly jabbed him in the thigh (apparently they sometimes do this instead of the arm for various reasons, like for people who have very thin arms with no muscle). I was also wondering how on earth they would manage it as the school immunisation team didn’t manage.
