Hi can anyone answer this for me. Separated couple who are directors in a small limited company, 60% husband, 40% wife. Wife left marriage and husband started using business email as both his work and personal since date of separation as wife opened new email account when she left. Fast forward 3 years and wife is now demanding access to the husbands email account. As I said above, he has been using it for his personal emails including his solicitors emails regarding their divorce.
If he doesn’t grant access, she says he is breaching his directorship responsibilities?
His solicitor says this is something he needs to fix between them… Advice welcome. Thank you.
