Does anyone here know about Corporate Training

I run a company that provides marketing services to SMEs. Part of that is that I also provide training, either the small businesses or larger companies who want their teams training on things like LinkedIn etc.

I had to take a bit of a break for health reasons, and the pandemic complicated things, so I'm trying to build the business back up.

The thing is, I'm not really that bothered about marketing anymore. I really enjoy the training side, and I'm very good at it.

What else can I train people in? I don't really want to become a qualified coach, but I'm happy to put the time in to learn something new if people then want training in it, if that makes sense.

If you work in corporate training, what kinds of topics are in demand at the moment? And would I be able to change course like that. (knowing nothing about me whatsoever).

I'm thinking of maybe things like menopause, mental health in the workplace, that kind of thing.
