Help me find my motivation!!

Hi all,

Basically what the title says, joined SW for the fifth time in a year (I think?), start of January.

Have now lost all motivation and finding it hard to get it back, no appetite means I'd rather have a cup of tea, end up starving by tea time and having something healthy for tea (SW friendly meal) but all I think about it chocolate!!

Help me find my motivation or what you do when this happens?! Sad

Find the food you actually enjoy and fills you up. I’ve noticed if I don’t feel fulfilled by my meals I turn into a human food vacuum! Increase your protein and try tweaking the food you enjoy e.g. by measuring/reducing the oil. I have a list of my favourite foods like the cheesy nacho wedges, I keep chicken kebabs in the fridge which I have with my heb weight watches wraps. Remind yourself why you want to loose the weight, how is it going to improve your life? I’ve just found out my weight loss has reversed a serious medical condition which could have resulted in the loss of my sight. I was overweight but at the time didn’t think it really affected me, only after loosing I realise how much more energy I have (climbed the highest mountain in Scotland and Wales). You deserve to feel good.
