As a veggie/vegan slimming world is quite easy. Anyone fancy a what have you eaten today. I do sometimes have fish.

I'm rejoining tomorrow, having been vegan for about 3 months. Any advice would be fabulous!

Reviving an old thread - sorry.

Joined SW a few weeks ago as a vegan.

Breakfast is always a toastie using koko cheese and LM sausages.

I'm really enjoying it so far ❤ hows everyone else doing?

I've rejoined SW this evening. I've done it before but never as a vegan. I'm struggling for breakfast ideas more than anything else. Any good ideas?

Hey, I'm vegetarian and fairly new to SW :)

Yesterday I had:
2 x weetabix with SS milk (Hex)
1/4 cheese and onion quiche with potato and salad (12.5 syns)
Wholewheat spaghetti, quorn mince and homemade tomato sauce (free)

I find as a veggie it's easy to stick to when I'm at home but much harder when I'm out. Low syn/free chicken and fish are usually always available everywhere whereas I've found most vegetarian options are usually fairly high syns.

I'm going to Nando's with some friends next week and have been checking syns, and all of the veggie options (except salads) start at 20+ , some going up to around 40! and that's without any sides. Whereas you can have chicken, rice and corn on the cob for less than 10 syns, so I do think in that respect SW can be a headache for the veg.

Why is your title this? You’re not a vegetarian or vegan!

Try almond.

It’s really daft to call yourself vegetarian/vegan if you aren’t. Confused

Oatly barista in coffee.

Please don't say you're vegan or vegetarian if you eat fish and yogurt. It makes others think those foods are ok for vegetarians and vegans and then we end up being served it. Say you're trying to cut down on animal products or something if you want to discuss your diet choices.

Eh? But you're not veggie or vegan if you eat fish. No matter how occasionally.

You're not vegan if you drink milk either. Hmm
