I'm on week 2 of slimming world, not going to classes doing it at home (there's no classes near me). I need to lose about 2/2.5 stone I put on in pregnancy. Week 1, I lost 6 pounds and was delighted but week 2, I lost nothing! I'm eating lots of superfood and getting my portions back under control. I'm using about 13 syns a day for gravy and crisps. I have started drinking coke zero, could it be that?
