Hi all 😊 I'm looking for some meal ideas for the whole family please, saves me having to cook seperate meals for everyone. My husband is fussy when it comes to vegetables, beans ect. Most mum's have to hide veg from the kids but not me 🙈😂 the 2 meals he will eat are cottage pie and spag bol. Any ideas of what else I could do? Thanks if anyone can help me 🤞

I made burgers (extra lean beef and prrk mince, egg, seasoning) loaded with salad and gherkins with sweet pot wedges last night.
Ive got hunters chicken (just google syn free bbq sauce) sw chips and salad tonight.
Other favourites are
Meatballs and pasta.
Chicken thighs sprinkled with oxo, served with cripy potato, onion and bacon hash browns (hash brown recipie from pinchofnom but with added bacon and sliced red onion) i serve it with veg or salad.
Chicken fahitas mix, rolled in lettuce leaves, served with rice or wedges (you could roll hubbies in wraps.
Stirfried beef and mushrooms in soy sauce served with veggie rice.
Diet coke chicken(with five spice added so its a little chinese take away like) served with noodles and stirfried veg.
Pork chops, mash and veg served with syn free sw onion gravy and low syn yorkies.
Tbf mainly i just eat what i used to (minus the take aways, chocloate and crisps) i just cook it from scratch the sw way and add extra veg.

Cheeseburger pasta on the slimming eats blog

Cajun chicken pasta

Chicken jambalaya is a favourite in our house too. I think it's speedy jambalaya from the SW recipes we use.

If your DH likes things with mince (I'm assuming from your OP) then try making a chilli (you can do it without the beans if he doesn't like them or just take a portion out for him before adding them) with lots of grated carrot and courgette. If you let it simmer long enough they just 'melt' into the sauce so they're undetectable but you've had your speed foods. We're with rice or on top of potato wedges.

I love many variations of crustless quiche

My fav is eggs, cottage cheese with chive/onion and little bits of smoked salmon. Bloody lush with a load of veg on side and lots of black pepper.

My kids like them with mushrooms and ham. Or chicken and broccoli.
