Hi-
Would be grateful for a bit of information before deciding to commit..

I went to SW years ago, but I really didn’t enjoy the meeting as I felt it was just weigh ins and promoting hi- life bars.
But I cannot remember the principles .im thinking of doing the 3 month membership again but do I get access to the books online?
Also is it basically any fruit/veg/salad is free food, does this include potatoes ?
Is meat/fish measured?
What about porridge , cappuccinos Grin, Coke Zero?!
Can anyone advise?

Your fruit and veg is all free. Some stuff is classed as speed which helps your weight loss. Meat with fat cut off, fish, is free but things like sausages can be synned. Pasta, rice, potatoes, noodles and certain yoghurts are free.

Porridge would be a healthy extra B which you can have 1 off. And you would get 1 cheese or milk A choice.

Cappuccino would be synned or from your HEA allowance. Coke Zero is free.

Fill your plate with one third speed foods is the idea for each meal. I've lost over 4.5st and am a target member now.

Groovee thanks for your reply.
Does it matter if the instant pot porridge is 294 cal though? Or is it aslong as it has the right allowance of milk an oats ?

40g of normal porridge oats would be your healthy extra. The instant pots aren't a healthy extra as it's a fibre choice so it's measured and needs to be the correct amount.

Calories aren't counted in SW.

I also make my porridge with water then mix in a yoghurt and frozen fruit.
