Thing is I made some fridge cake with my son with all the chocolate, and have already "tried" some. Guess I'll syn that and have a hot choc for now to curb cravings

Could you eat just one regular sized bar of chocolate and see how you feel after that? I’m a bugger for craving something, eating everything else in the world to try and curb it but then end up eating the desired food anyway so therefore eating more than I would if I just had what I was craving in the first place.

Eat the chocolate and syn it is my advice.

I’m no help I’m afraid. I had weigh in today through the snow and maintained. Proper pissed so a day long binge has commenced 😂😂
It’s ok though, my binges would normally last 2/3 days so containing it to one day is totally acceptable 😂😂🙄

Ok I'm in the same boat - breastfeeding, shattered and starving - and I've just caved and eaten chocolate (half a slab of whole nut and some doritos). Kicking myself and feel so annoyed. Don't do it! Eat something healthy, you will feel so much better!!!
