Overnight Oats, crustless quiches, breakfast bars.....
Fed up of them now, and need some inspiration.
What can I make, preferably the night before? Easy to eat/heat up (microwave) when I get to work? Syn free, or low syn.
Any suggestions? Pretty please 💐

I used to throw some cooked barley in syn-free yogurt and have some fruit on the side, technically it is tweaking but it worked for me.

I don't get the idea behind eating specific breakfast food though. I would be happy with soup if I were inclined to eat breakfast on a regular basis. I include raw vegetable smoothies in my idea of soup though and again that is technically tweaking.

Just remembered my weekend extras if I fancy a 'fry-up': back bacon all fat removed plus Linda Mccartney red onion veggie sausages.

I just have a banana and a Muller light yogurt... no inspiration from me but I don't like milk and I like to save my healthy B for beans on toast or a sandwich for lunch.

BLT - HEB, remove all fat from your bacon. You can use extra low mayo for 1/2 to 1 syn.

I make scrambled eggs with ham, mushroom, spinach and spring onion in the microwave at work - you could chop it all the night before and just crack the eggs in in the morning

Not well up on Slimming World rules and regulations sorry but I sometimes do bircher muesli. You can buy the base in Morrisons and Tesco, then add natural yoghurt, apple juice and grated apple, then leave overnight. You can add fruit such as raspberries or blueberries just before you eat it.
