Great first week loss, down 5, went tonight, up a pound . seriously wtf
Hand on my heart, no crap, tons of speed, loads of water, practically same food as last week, so. What the hell? Grr am so annoyed.
Any advice!

Works both ways I find. Last week I had pizza one night, cinema trip involving popcorn, chocolate and a whole bag of haribo's plus I had 2 large Disaronno and Diet cokes. 3lb off. ShockHmm

Not far off my 2 and a half stone award....

This is the problem with weighing yourself once a week at a class.

Weight fluctuates constantly. You could actually have lost 2lbs this week but because your body is holding a little extra water you're showing as up a pound - now you've got to live with that for a week feeling like the diet isn't working.

Considering weighing yourself every morning and recording it on an app like Happy Scale - you'll see a trend in your weight and it's so much more motivating than once a week!

I had a week recently where I had a great week on plan. Gained a pound. Went home pissed off, stick to plan as always and lost 3.5lb. I've also had weeks where I lose well then maintain. No rhyme or reason. I am 3st 2.5lbs down in 30 weeks. So do stick at it. Our bodies are just the unknown at times.
