Slimming World Advice - Plan/Meeting

Hi

I need to lose weight - have heard good things about SW but wanted some advice - I was thinking of joining online as I don't fancy sitting round for ages at a meeting - but are the meetings beneficial?
It looks like there are 3 different SW plans - any recommendations on the best one - I need to lose approx. 3 stone - I eat fairly heathy meals but my downfall is grazing/snacking throughout the day.
Also what sort of lunches are included in the plans - I work FT and usually take sandwiches. I don't really want a lot of preparation for lunch.
Any advice/recommendations appreciated

TIA

SW is easy for me to follow. It takes some planning in the beginning but 15 weeks down the line I am in a routine.

I don't think much of my consultant but the people at class are awesome and I get so much from their support and ideas. I do need class and weekly weigh in to hold me accountable.

I don't have time to stay for the meetings either, but go along every week to be weighed. I personally need this as a motivator otherwise I would cheat! Yes t costs £5 just to have someone weigh you, but it works for me! You receive all the info/books etc at your first meeting then there's not requirement to stay after you've been weighed in subsequent weeks...

Should add meetings are key for me. Some people can manage without them but I need to go every week. I really enjoy catching up with everyone in my group now. Before I did it myself online but there was something missing that meant a struggle, I think it probably was group

There are not 3 plans. SW works on extra easy and there is an extra easy SP which basically gives you a wee boost if you need it.

It's very easy to follow and you can eat ANYTHING you want. Lots of foods are free and the meals you can have are endless. You don't have to follow SW recipies, although there are some fan ones out there, you can choose what you eat and adapt your meals to fit. You get syns which is basically food/drink you can't have endless amounts of but it means you never have to completely go without.

The meetings are helpful. I've never been as I can't afford it but I've joined some online groups which are great for moral support and kicking you up the backside. I'm surprised that going by mfp I'll have had a good day but by sw a horrific day! They're good for recipe swaps etc too
