breastfeeding on SW
4

rubybloom2 · 13/06/2016 07:09

I've done SW before and have dug old my old books in an attempt to lose baby weight. There's no mention of breastfeeding... Do I do anything different or follow the plan as normal?
I'm exclusively breastfeeding my 16-week-old little girl.
Thanks
