Is there a full and up to date list available anywhere?

I've obviously got the list in my new members' book but there are some new additions in the latest magazine. What if there were other new additions in previous magazines and I don't know what they are?

Has anyone got a link to an up to date list of all of the options, please?

On the slimming world website (desktop) you can see them all - you choose the category e.g milk, cheese, cereal, cereal bars and it gives you lists of what you can have.
