Anyone else on the homeward stretch?

Started almost a year ago & sailed through the first 3 stone then stalled just before Christmas. It then 3 months of half-hearted attempts with LOTS of socialising to lose half a stone but I finally feel focused enough to get back on track & lost 3lb this week.

Anyone else nearing the end of their SW journey? I'm a bit apprehensive about just stopping altogether Shock. I know many good habits will stick with me (I now love fruit & can't tolerate bread too often) & I'm exercising loads so should be able to relax a bit more occasionally but it's still daunting. Going for another 2lbs this week as I want to hit goal before Easter Grin

I'm always on the homeward stretch.
I've been at sw since new year, want to lose 10 - 14lb. Lost 6 had a few days away, put on 4! Lost them and now booked holiday for Easter. So any lost by then will go back on. My sw journey graph is like a heart rate monitor.

I am 10lbs away from target so it feels like the homeward stretch after losing 4 stone! Although I know it's probably going to take me a few months at the rate I lose weight! Going all out to get to target by the end of April so am doing 4 SP days then EE on Fri, Sat and Sun. Weekends are my downfall so it feels like more of a treat to have pasta, potatoes etc on these days then I am less likely to go off the rails... In theory Grin

I'm 4st 6.5 lbs off at present. My goal keeps changing. I think i've decided to stop (for a while anyway) in four more weigh ins. I'd love to get my 5st award and my BMI would be 24 point something at that stage. I'm going away with DH for two nights then all the DC are off for Easter so weight loss will slow/ reverse a bit at that stage and if i can be within my target range a month after achieving it I'll be happy.

I'm comfortably into a 10/12 and generally feel good about myself. Tummy could do with some toning. Some skin is slightly lose on. My upper thighs and stomach but I'm sure this is already improving with time.

I will eat low fat and still make choices when i set my target. I'm more challenged by the thought of target and learning to relax a little than being on plan. I think i'll stick to plan and 10 syns Mon- Fri have a drink on a Saturday night and off plan meal on a Saturday plus full roast dinner and probably pudding on a Sunday (which for Sunday is probably just about 15 syns anyway). Its so easy for weight to creep back up. Its not the big post holiday 1/2 stone gains that worry me, its the very slow 1/2lb a week that means you change clothes size with the season and blame the manufacturers/ shop around for vanity fits.
