Dinner ideas? Anyone?

That's it really, started the plan tuesday, made a free chicken curry and rice Tuesday and had it again Wednesday as I wanted to stick to free extra easy food. Obviously would like some variety though so was wondering if any of you had some dinner ideas? I am doing extra easy. I like most food, most meats and veg so not fussy . Thanks folks Smile

the slimming world chips are lovely, i only made them for the first time last week despite starting SW in may and can't believe how nice they are! Also sweet potato chips are lovely.

I've also made the free quiche and had with chips and salad

I do quite a lot of fairly plain food:-

Pork chop, potatoes, cabbage, carrots
Tuna steak, couscous, spinich, frozen mixed veg
Baked potato & chilli, salad
Omelette, mushrooms, salad
Chicken breast wrapped in bacon, savoury rice, sprouts, carrots
Stir fry's

Wraps sounds lovely. Great idea. Still to try making the free chips, they look lovely. I was wondering about fajitas. I suppose the fajita mix will have syns? Wasn't sure because it's seasoning and seasoning is free? (Wishful thinking?)!)

That's interesting about the wraps - could do fajitas with some chicken peppers and onion and some rice/salad on the side - that's our dinner sorted!

Gluten free tortilla wraps (from Asda I think) count as a Healthy Extra B.

Top this with tomato purée or tomato pizza base sauce (but count the syns) and top with lots of your favourite pizza toppings

Use mozzarella (healthy extra a or count the syns) and cook for 10 minutes in the oven. With syn free chips and/or huge side salad, it feels like it's a cheat meal and is really yummy :)

I made an olive, onion and goats cheese pizza and it was yummy!
