I have PCOS and have done SW in the past and lost quite a bit of weight. However, when I did it, I followed the Red days (as Extra Easy hadn't been invented then). When I've been back I don't get the same losses on EE as I find it too carby. I would try EE as this is what they push and if it doesn't seem to be working for you ask about red days.

Hi. I have PCOS and have been doing Slimming World for a couple of months. I've lost just over a stone - so it's worked for me, and I usually do struggle to lose weight. I've been doing Extra Easy and stuck to it normally.

I have PCOS and do ee. I find I have the biggest losses when I don't eat too many carbs.

I was going to say what Sarah said - if you are worried, try "original" (i.e red days) as this does tend to reduce your carb load and there is plenty of evidence that this is particularly helpful for PCOS. Its hardly low carb because you can still have fruit and stuff but your actual glycaemic load will be smaller and is more likely to produce weight loss and ease symptoms.
