First week on slimming world and although I'm sticking to the plan I'm also counting the calls on MFP and I'm so over calories
I get somehow that slimming world doesn't work like that but I surely can't eat this much and loose?
B- half a whole melon
L super speed soup, beans (a whole tin) on 1 slice bread
T - slimming world chips with eggs and tin of beans
This is about 2000 calls! How can I loose basic science tells you you put more in then you expend you put on??
And fruit in between???
