Loola pushchair help! Have I wasted my money?

Hi pushchair gurus.....can I have your advice?

Bought an O Baby pushchair from Mothercare last week, it broke after 3 days, so I took it back to Mothercare...assistant was lovely and offered replacement or refund so I bought a Loola in red, paid an extra £135. (officially stupid aren't I)

DS is almost 2 and I strapped him (in the shop) into the Loola fine. However next day, when I put his coat and cosytoes on I can't fasten the straps!! There is just no room!!

Do you think Mothercare will let me change it again?

I think the Loola is really cute and cool but the handles are too short and the basket is rubbish too ... I can't say that to the shop though!

I got strap extenders in the box with my Loola Up. It came from Boots.

WHY are they still selling Loola's with the "too short" straps - this is not a new problem! They've known this for ages.
I couldn't even strap my 1y old in the loola in his skinny fit pj's - nevermind with any kind of outer clothing!
They were very good at sending the strap extenders out - took a few days mind - but really, why don't they send a bulk load of strap extenders to M'care etc - to be handed out with loolas to save buyers the worry/hassle!
Glad you got it sorted though. x

Thank you Sazm, thankfully they did swap it today for a maclaren xt.
I pointed out that having the Loola longer straps is a great idea but as I couldn't have DS in it with his coat on, til the straps arrived, he would be a very cold boy!
and she kindly agreed to change it.

you can get longer straps if you contact the manufacturer, they wont let you change it because you dont like it,only if its faulty.
