Lightweight small folding pushchair for public transport in London

I want to get a lightweight pushchair for using on public transport that will also be reasonable to manage on the tube- so basically something lightweight, easy to fold that folds up compactly.

I currently have a maclaren xt but it only just fits my car boot and has to be squeezed in at just the right angle to fit which is really annoying. I'd ideally like something a bit smaller and lighter.

I want it to be comfortable enough for naps on days out, and to lay flat or almost flat and have a decent sized hood for making it more nap friendly.

I don't want much do I!?

Currently considering the silver cross zest or avia. I also like the look of the cosatto woosh that's not out yet.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

I loved my City Mini and used it happily with 2 kids on public transport but it's not tiny or mega lightweight

I'm put off the baby jogger city tour by its height. It says it's only 98cm tall which is the same as a buggy I used to have but sold because it was too short for me so I kept kicking the wheels. Otherwise it looks good.

I thought the city mini might not be small/light enough. But maybe I should see if I can have a look at one. They are very popular on mumsnet, must be for a reason!

The City Mini tour is well worth a look.

It folds tiny but has a very good sized seat.

I am currently using a cityjogger mini. The hood is really good and it folds very easily but I'm looking for something a little lighter

Baby Jogger City Mini is excellent on public transport because it folds so easily, genuinely one handed.

Ohhhhh. I'm looking for the same and so far have been considering a babyzen yoyo or a GB Qbit (have seen on offer for £159 and is apparently good for tall toddlers).
