Help with Stokke Xplory V3 maintenance

Hope someone can help. I just bought a Stokke Xplory V3 secondhand. It's all sound but the very busy mum who was selling it hadn't had time to wash it so it really needs doing. I've downloaded user guides from the web & found washing instructions under 'maintenance' on the Stokke site for the seat & accessories but I can't find any instructions on how to wash/clean the carry cot components - mattress, liner etc.

Can anyone that owns one this version (or earlier/newer - I'm sure they don't vary THAT much) advise me on the washing of the carry cot components?

Many thanks! :)

Thanks for the feedback belindarose and thanks for the offer of support geek. I'm going to wash it all at 30 & hope for the best. Will leave the mattress out. Thanks for all the help! :)

Forgot to check back. Washed all mine (except mattress) and it's great.

I've washed the fabric components on mine on a 30 cycle and all is well, good as new in fact. Worked well with both black and orange textile sets, no prob at all with colour fastness etc.

Geek I think you have my dream job! I absolutely love Stokke products and honestly cannot fault the customer service. Think it's the only company I can say that about!

Hi, I work for Stokke. All fabrics are washable but not the mattress itself. Please feel free to email me directly if you need to know more.

I can't with mine either and am really annoyed it came back in the state it did (had been lent to BIL who looked after it, but PIL insisted on storing it in their attic). Maybe I'll try sponging it first. I'll let you know tomorrow how it goes.

I wonder if I should just chance it? Problem is, I can't afford to replace if I mess it up Hmm

I've just got my carrycot back from PIL's loft and it's got some mould spots on. All the bits are going in the washing machine tomorrow. I'm just going to take the risk and hope!
