Cosytoes/footmuff with a hole on the top layer for a crotch strap or split leg cosytoes

I'm looking for a cosytoes with either a slot on the top or a split leg which I can use on a buggy with a crotch strap that does up around the bumper bar.

I've got an o'baby split leg one which isn't all that cosy and I'd like to get something a bit warmer.

Any suggestions?

How old's the child? Put them in a big thick snowsuit and do without the cover? I've just bought one in the sales for £15 - thick thick thick. Really nicely lined. No need to bother with another layer, even in this weather.

They make ones that are like sleeping bags with arms and a hood, which also have a slot in the top. They do them in 0-6 or 6-12 months. JojoMamanBebe do similar but bigger ones.

Am looking for a split leg one too for a stokke xplory as the stokke one is extortionate!

No, they definitely don't have a slot on the top, thinking about it. Seen them go on eBay for about £10-15.

Thanks, I'll have a look.

I just looked on the buggy snuggle site and couldn't see anything with a slot on the top but I really love their designs. I'm watching a few on eBay and thinking that if I can get one cheap enough then it'd be ok to adapt it or ask my mother to it

I got the Clair de Lune split legged cosy toes and they are fab. Really long and not too expensive.

Do buggy snuggle have a slot on the top layer? I'll go and have a look...I already have a sheep buggy snuggle which I adore...considering adapting it to fit but it just feels wrong to go at it with a pair of scissors ShockGrin
