lightweight reversible- does it exist?

Honestly I don't think they make the stroller I'm looking for (maclaren- are you listening?!) but I thought I'd ask for some advice from the experts anyway
I'd really like a

lightweight (I live in a flat with no lift, our local station is up three flights of stairs)

reversible (although DD is growing rapidly out of our hand-me-down pram, it's because she's tall not old. She's only 3 months old, she can't even sit up yet never mind not being able to see mummy on a trip to the shops)

folds up small (afore mentioned flat is very little, also I tried to get onto a crowded tube the other day with a pram and never want to do it ever again whimper) It'd be useful if I could fold it up with the seat rear facing without taking things apart.

Ideally I'd like a shopping basket as we have no vehicle.

Oh, and the 'pram' I've been using is a Jane Powertrack 360 so I'm totally spoiled for handling, getting up and down high kerbs and bumpy surfaces (although it's super heavy and hugely wide). This is what I have to give up though, right?

I'd sort of considered the babystyle oyster, the m&p sola and p&t's smart stroller, although I'd have to find one second hand to be able to afford it.

Bugaboo bee is the only one which does all that as far as I'm aware.

If i could only keep one pushchair it would be the Flyer...I love mine as does DD.

I have to say I do not fancy the bugaboos much-they seem so flimsy for the huge price tag.
the Bumbleride Flyer looks great, and like it'd last for a while even with baby giant ...pricey though.
If only I could hold out 'til April for the baby jogger versa, wow...

Now I'm going to be geeky and make a spreadsheet and a scoring matrix...

Bugaboo Bee, Chicco For Me, Bumbleride Flyer are some suggestions. There are also reversible strollers made by Combi, Graco and Aprica but I don't think they have swivel wheels at the back so they're hard to steer in reverse mode.

they are heavy to get up kerbs, but with that in mind they are small folded, parent facing, largish basket, because it is heavy to get up kerbs you can get away with hanging bags off handle, the seat will take my 3 year old, and they go cheap on ebay, i paid 50 for mine and it came with carseat and footmuff.

The Smart folds up very long....
I got an M&P Urbo which folds relatively small.
The Zapp Xtra is a possible option but you forego shopping space and it's a two handed fold.
Honestly for a quick baby removal, one handed fold and then carry, you will have to go a long way to beat the Baby Joggers. The City Mini is fab and the Elite has the larger off road wheels but is heavier. If you are of short stature then the B-Agile is good but is new out so will be more expensive at present.
You need an N-joy Bubble stroller but sadly they aren't in production yet! Or the Versa.

google for the baby jogger verso. it might be just what you need. sadly it hasn't been released yet.

i found some aprica ones that weigh something like 5.5kg and can rear-face but it would appear that they are no longer readily available to buy :(
