Faulty Brio Go Pram

Has anyone had problems with the front twisting wheels on the Brio Go Pram??

Am having a nightmare, only just got it (7 months old) having paid a fortune for it (£700) and front wheel is broken. The company I bought it from have taken 2 months to send me a spare part to fix the wheel and am now using my clapped out old McLaren.

Has anyone else had a problem like this and how did they get it sorted???
