Bathroom install ahead of loft conversion

Help!!

This has been driving me crazy for months - I will try and be succinct.
We are hoping to do a loft conversion in about 3 years and we would need a mega flow system installed.
In the meantime our main bathroom badly needs doing. The shower and bath are broken and essentially we are relying on our ensuite.
I'd like to re-do the bathroom and at the same time the downstairs loo asap.
If we installed the megaflow system and did the bathroom and loo now, would that affect the loft conversion later?

To be clear we have the money to do the megaflow and bathrooms now but not the loft conversion. Ideally obviously we'd do it all in one hit now but we don't have the money at the moment.

Do you need your ceilings lowering for the loft conversion? It will wreck your bathroom if so.

As pp, we had to remove tiles in our bathroom to get to the pipes to run up to the loft. We did the bathroom at the same time as the loft so not an issue but i would have been so annoyed if i had to do that to a relatively new bathroom.

No we don't need to lower the ceiling. Yeah I wish we could do the works altogether but unfortunately not an option for us.

As long as you have a plan for how the pipes get up to the attic and where the megaflow will live before you do the loft conversion then you should be ok. What you don't want is to do the bathroom and then have to damage it to run pipes up to the loft. If they can be run a different route then fine.

Would be handy to know where the ensuite/ bathroom in the attic will be so that the pipes end up in the right place.

Thanks so much. Yep we've had the drawings done for the loft so we definitely know where the shower room will be up there.
