Don't know much about PGL holidays, but tried to book a holiday for my children and failed as customer service was so bad I lost inspiration. Telephones are not recorded so the staff can talk to you how they like without having to worry about loosing a customer as its not their personal business. Patronising, rude, unsympathetic and arrogant. I am so put of I won't book a thing with them. They also have no managers on board and if they do you cant reach them because the staff won't put you through... Terrible way to run a company.
