15 week old. Help!!!

My 15 week old daughter hasn't slept for more than 2 hours since she was born.
All her naps are in the sling, if I try to take her out of the sling when she is in a deep sleep she wakes crying. When she is in the sling she wakes up crying if I sit down so I have to keep moving.
At night we co-sleep as she will only sleep if I am touching her hand or stomach.
Even in bed with me she will wake every 45 minutes or less. Sometimes it is for a feed, sometimes to put her dummy in.
Sometimes she will only stop crying in the middle of the night is she is in my arms.
I get they are still small and they want comfort. But I am so bloody tired.
I have a toddler, am sick to death of this lockdown, I can only see my support bubble once a week due to them working. I hate everything. I can't even play with my toddler as I can't stay still.
Please please please help!! Any suggestions!!!

I wore my son in a sling all of my waking hours until he was 18-20 weeks old. He would not tolerate a car seat or buggy until then.

Have you tried swaddling? Swaddling creates that cocooned feeling of being in your uterus so can be reassuring to your baby.

His reflux improved once he was weaned and this helped him start to learn to sleep. It turned out later that he he was lactose intolerant so I suspect that a lot of his fussiness and inability to sleep was related to that.

@Ihatewinter321 we've all been there. I remember doing 20-30k steps a day walking my girl in the sling to keep her happy.

I also used to push/rock her in the pushchair in the kitchen or in the garden. So when she was asleep, I could actually sit and relax for a bit. It's all about survival in the early days. Do whatever works. It get easier.. trying to remind myself of this as I sit here 32 weeks pregnant with #2.

@oneforthejourney I thought you meant you use the sling as a blanket for the baby... you can tell I am sleep deprived!

I'd wear her in the sling and sit on the rocking chair. To save me needing to walk/jig around so much.

@OneForTheJourney what do you mean sling in rocking chair? Hopefully she will grow out of it in the next few weeks. I am soooo tired and my back constantly hurts:(
My toddler was the same for the first 5 months but she went down for a few hours at the beginning of the night so I could atleast have some rest... I can't with this one :(
Did you change anything at 16 weeks? Or did they naturally grow out of it?

My daughter was the same. Sling in rocking chair was a life saver. She was very colicky and grew out of it around 16 weeks. It's a really tough time, but it does get better.

She does cry so much. I rang the doctors last week and she has been having gaviscon. She has been taking it for 5 days now with no improvement.

Is she in any pain? Could it be reflux?
