Night time regression?

Has anyone else's DC had a bit of regression since the lock down? As in wetting the bed or nightmares??

My DTGs (age 9) have both started having nightmares and wetting the bed again. I'm absolutely exhausted after spending the night on the sofa so that DTG2 could jump in with dad.
I need ALLLL the coffee today 😩😩

My youngest daughter who's 9 has been sleeping with me a lot, she's finding it all hard, I started a new full time job working out of the home the day before lockdown after wfh for the last twenty years and she's missing me
They'll be fine eventually, they just need reassurance for now

I've not had this no sorry. Has anything else changed apart from lockdown? How are they genetically in the day?
