So many different reviews online OP, I went for the Kally Sleep big U shaped one and love it Smile

Two months in it hasn’t lost its shape, supports my back / legs / anywhere and I feel like I’m tucked up in a lovely nest. DH less keen as he’s being pushed out of bed Grin

Another recommendation for BBHugMe, they aren’t cheap but they’re worth it for the comfort particularly later on, and you can use it post partum too.

I wish I’d bought my BBHugme earlier. It’s fantastic

Another for bbhugme, used it every day since baby was born too. Well worth the investment!

Another vote for BBhugme. Expensive but well worth it.

I use it on the sofa, when WFH at my desk, resting in bed and also when I’m asleep. I love that you can make a doughnut to sleep on your front and I’ve not had much of a sore back so far (22 weeks though, so still early days).

Asda! I was all ready to go for a bbhugme as got so uncomfortable that I would have sold my soul to find something that would help me sleep. Heard about the Asda one for just under £20 and decided to try that first and it was great!

I went for bbhugme too (2nd hand as was in as new condition ) and it sorted my painful back instantly. I may keep it beyond pregnancy as it’s comfy!

BBhugme. Total game changer, it's so light but so supportive

BBhugme. I'm properly in love with it. It may be my favourite thing in my whole house, and that possibly also includes my husband! 😂

I love my bbhugme. Baby is now 4 weeks old and I use it get comfy on the sofa for feeding. I bought it with the intention of selling it post partum but it may be my favourite thing so plan to keep it!

Another one for the BBhugme. I take it everywhere with me. I bring it from room to room around my neck like a scarf. I bought it and was disappointed on opening the package - I thought I'd been duped into buying a very expensive oversized beanie baby. After one night sleeping with it I changed my mind - and it only gets better as pregnancy goes on. But I guess it's the only one I tried so who knows if I would have fallen in love with any pregnancy pillow the same way?!

To join in on the bbhugme lovefest, genuinely it is a lifesaver. I've developed PGP and it gives me so much relief. I even took it on holiday! My DH calls in the 'husband replacer' and I cannot imagine sleeping without it

@PartridgeCoop I was SO disappointed when I opened the bag as it looks like something you could make cheaper, but it’s a total godsend.

The asda one is rubbish, I have it. In the reviews some people have said the filling has separated and mine has done this. Thankfully asda refunded me

Are any of these pillows good for sleeping upright? I've got terrible indigestion / heart burn that is only kept under control if I don't lie flat 😔 I'm nearly 11 weeks so hopefully would get my use out of it.

@CurbsideProphet you are best off work a v cushion. Asda and argos sell them

Report
TashieWoo · 05/04/2022 16:53

@CurbsideProphet I use the BBHugMe with a wedge pillow from Amazon to keep myself upright and that works well, I also suffer with heartburn and sleeping upright stops me from waking in the night to be sick, that and Gaviscon before bed.

I have this one from Amazon and it's fab, I do sleep-ins at work and it comes with me 😬 I had a really bad lower back from around 8 weeks - 11.5 weeks so I bought one quite early on and it's been a lifesaver.

Lidl body pillow.

I bought one during my first pregnancy more than 10 years ago. Then bought another 2 (and several cases!) 2 years later when they appeared again. Still sleep with one, one is on the couch and my youngest has the other 1 to stop him falling out of bed.

All still very comfy despite a decade of use/abuse and plenty of washing.

I think the OP will have already bought a pillow seeing as this thread was started a year ago 🙄
