Scared to orgasm

I think I'm probably being stupid but I'm so scared about orgasming whilst pregnant Sad and too embarrassed to bring it up with the midwife so far.

Its because when I was first pregnant and did the deed, I had some cramping after orgasm which I understand is normal but it scared me that it could cause a miscarriage and now (over 5 months down the line) I'm still too scared.

It's affecting my relationship because I really want sex with DH but I'm too scared to do it.

Anyone able to reassure?!

Thanks, I've heard it can possibly cause an issue if you have problems with the placenta but I've had quite a few scans now and they've never mentioned an issue with the placenta so I'm assuming all is normal!

I'm just so anxious during this pregnancy for everything to go well.

From personal experience as well as research, it's completely fine! It can cause braxton hicks contractions but won't cause miscarriage or premature labour.
