Dry night time

My DS is a week off his 4th birthday. He’s had wet nappies at night so I haven’t worried & ive been waiting for him to be ready. We put his potty in his room & changed to pull ups. We also installed a reward chart for any wees in the potty. We had 4 dry nights with big wees in the morning. We then took away the pull ups. He had 2 dry mornings & we have now had 3 wet nights. This morning I went in & he was still asleep but wet. I thought it might be when he was waking he wasn’t getting up. DH thinks we should go back to pull ups or wake him to wee when we go to bed. I keep thinking we should just persevere as he can do it & I don’t want to make a thing out of it. He’s been dry during the day since 2.5 (although it took a good 6 months before the occasional accidents stopped.) thanks

Put him in pull ups until he's ready, there are kids 6+ still in them, he's only young yet to be night trained
