AIBU to hate my cat??

So we have 2 cats, 2 boys. One is no trouble whatsoever, very low maintenance as cats should be. The other is a complete arsehole. We moved house 2 months ago, from a house with a cat flap to one without. Whilst the weather is still ok we leave the back door open so they can come and go as they please and originally said we'd put them out at night. Cat n°1 is fine with this. Goes out about 9pm and turns up about 7am for his breakfast. Cat n°2 will sit at the patio doors meowing to be let back in. We ignored him. So he meows round the side of the house outside the bathroom window. Tried ignoring him again, but are woken up early hours by him meowing at the front door!! We live in a bungalow and our bedroom is at the front 😡 Let him in, he walks around the house meowing (he's always done this but at the old house we could lock him in the kitchen and he could let himself out the cat flap) Now he's started shitting in the house. Not only shitting, but the other morning I got up to his piss I. The tray where their cat bowls are. Sat down for dinner Sunday night, had 2 mouthfuls when my kids said "urgh Mum what's that?" He'd shit in the front room after not long being let in from outside!! Last night he shit in there again so I chucked him out and put up with the constant meowing outside the front door all night. Let him in this morning, within 15 mins he'd shit AGAIN in the front room!!! Now I'm telling my husband I'm getting rid of him. I seriously can't deal with him. He's a complete arsehole. But now my husband and kids think I'm the biggest bitch going (they don't have to clear up the shit or let him in at 2am!) If I wanted a high maintenance pet I'd have got a dog. Or I'd have another baby. At least that would be worth clearing shit up constantly and getting up in the middle of the night. Husband says "he hasn't settled yet, give him a chance" but he's got worse since we've been here. By the way he's not ill or anything. Am I the arsehole or is the cat??! 😩
