Switching to Cows Milk

DS is 12m. Currently has 3x formula bottles a day (first thing in AM, lunch nap and PM before bed). I am now moving him over to whole cows milk.

Is cows milk less filling than formula? My only concern is, is that DS is not a great eater, definitely not the worst, but can be difficult. Therefore I'm worried if I switch completely to cows milk he won't be full enough or he won't be getting all the nutrition he needs if not eating that well?

There's no reason you can't keep giving him formula if you can afford it.

Also I don't think it's a big issue giving a third In the middle if you're worried about your DS not being full enough! Give the middle one until you're ready to remove it? Xx

Hello!
I'm not sure if it's more filling or less filling but my DS loved his formula! He would go nuts over it so I was so worried about transitions to cows! But it's been fine he now has 1 in morning and 1 in evening! I thought he'd be desperate for his middle one but he seems fine as long as I make sure water is at hand all the time and two snacks! One snack before lunch and another little one before dinner and he seems quite content.

We give him vitamin drops morning and night to ensure he's getting the vitamins that the formula used to give him.

We just swapped and continued giving the same amount. I haven't noticed any issues with weight and our baby isn't a big eater either.
