Unhappy with primary school

My daughter started a one form entry primary school last September. We were delighted with all aspects of her year in reception and she made excellent progress. She has now started year 1 and we were told that she would have two teachers (one which had taught her part time in reception plus the existing year 1 teacher) Since the term has begun it appears that the class is being taught by several teachers across the week. It appears that they will have a different teacher for almost each subject. It looks like 7 teachers per week, like in secondary school. I'm not particularly happy about this. At 5 years old I feel she would be more comfortable with a single teacher (or two at a push). It isn't something the school has done before and they aren't being particularly upfront about it. We had a meet the teacher meeting tonight (where the teacher we were lead to believe would be her main teacher wasn't even present) and the fact she is being taught by multiple teachers wasn't even discussed. I had to ask the questions myself.

Any advice please. Am I being unreasonable not wanting my child to have so much change? I'm really concerned that having so many teachers means she won't be working at the correct level or even worse, won't like going to school!!!

HELP! PRIMARY SCHOOL ZOOM MEETINGS SHOWING CHILD'S HOME SCHOOLING RESULTS

Hi I am concerned about my grand daughter's weekly progress report being exhibited in the public domain: shown to all children and their parents in her year, via Zoom.
She is an intelligent, 5.5 year old and has had a lot of disruption in her life of late: Covid and starting a new school amongst others.. She is one of the youngest in her year, has concentration problems, doesn't finish all the work due but is generally making progress; albeit rather slow.
It appears from what I hear about the weekly Zoom meetings that ONLY those children who have done well are praised: others, like my grand daughter are ignored and at the same time suffer the 'humiliation' (sorry, rather strong) of having their progress or lack of it made public...
I was wondering how prevalent this demoralising practice is in state run primary schools?
Low self esteem at this tender age can undoubtedly be damaging in the longer term.
Any reassuring comments would be appreciated.

My dd is in year 3 and she has the head as one of her teachers and then a couple of others on different days not to mention a different one for her English and maths!
She a bright girl and she likes all of her teachers so I don’t see it as a hindrance at all.
The only bad thing is Christmas and breaking up for the summer as that’s something like 6 presents to buy ! 😆

This seems fairly normal these days and is very different to my primary years!

Did they confirm that she will be taught by multiple teacher! Are some specialist teachers? My DN attends a large Primary where they employ a PE teacher and a Spanish Teacher.

Things to keep an eye on might be if she’s settled and if she’s making progress.

We have a similar situation in my son’s school. He has gone into year 1 and has three teachers who work different days across the week. He seems very happy and I don’t have a problem with it. In a way it seems a positive thing as one is pretty strict and one seems a lot calmer and kinder. It’s nice for DS to have a mix of teaching styles.
