Hi all 👋 I have three beautiful children, 7,4 and 14 months. I'm currently a stay at home mum ( after working for the past 10 years !) And I'm finding it difficult to say the least. Post natal depression sucks!! 👎
With my last pregnancy things were a lot different. I had spd from week 16 of my pregnancy, which eventually ended with me being on crutches 😣 Then the birth was quite traumatic which left my baby with short term breathing difficulties and to add to the stress two days after we were discharged we were moving house, oh and Christmas was three weeks away 🤦
Any way...After my maternity leave with my first two I returned to full time work. This time I haven't and although I love spending time with my toddler I feel its making my depression worse! I can't find a job that fits around school hours or a childminder able to have all three kiddies in the school holidays! Problem 1!
Problem 2! I was trying to lose weight but have ended up gaining most of it back and now find myself almost the weight I was after having my baby 😔
I have a few questions If any one could give me any advice at all please?
- If you're a stay at home mum how does your day pan out? Any suggestions to get me out and about when i feel so depressed atm?
- Did anyone find weight loss hard after having the marina coil fitted ?
- Any weight loss tips for people with depression ? where to start etc ? I was following slimming world but cant focus on it atm.
I hope that all makes sense and hopefully there are some mummys out there who are able to help.
Tia,
Natalie.
