Hello
Every day we see threads about pregnant women scared and unsure what to expect when they give birth, whether that's vaginally or through c-section. On Wednesday Mumsnet HQ will be chatting and taking your questions to birth expert, physiotherapist and doula Susanna Heli, about her most effective tools to help you avoid stress and fear during labour and birth.
Susanna aims to empower women with appropriate coping strategies for all birth circumstances and approaches: vaginal, assisted or caesarean; with or without pain relief; complicated or straightforward; in hospital or at home.
The conversation will take place on Wednesday 9 June, from 8pm to 9pm, and you can book your place now by registering for free below. Register here.
Susanna has kindly donated books to us so that every attendee on the night will be entered into a draw to win one of 25 copies of her latest book ‘Give Birth without Fear: Practical Tools for a confident birth’ (April 2021). And - thinking about joining Premium anyway? The first 10 users to do so and comment below will automatically win a free copy of the book.
Register for free (only 100 places are available) here
Please note 1 This is a webinar so your name and your video will not be visible to anyone else, unless you ask a question or post in the chat box. There is an option to make your question anonymous.
Please note 2 We can only take questions from Zoomchat attendees on the night - please do NOT send questions in advance via email or on the thread. For questions relating to the event itself, please comment below or email [email protected].
Thanks
