Hi all, I had a scan on the 27.06.22 which showed that my baby had no heartbeat. I opted for a medica miscarriage, with misoprostol in hospital, I had 5 x2 tablet doses of the medication, I didn't pass any tissue until after 15 hours of contractions and even then it was minimal. I was sent home the next day by the nursing staff, I had no review from a Dr, but I am told that's normal. Since then I have had 3 separate occasions of heavy (miscarriage like) bleeding, EAP were contacted as advised by my GP but they wouldn't see me until three weeks after the procedure, which I understood. It is now the 22.07 and I have been still testing pos+ on a pregnancy test, I attended EAP yesterday which was destressing in itself (same scan room, pregnant women and newborns everywhere) and they did a dip and said it was negative, which I was relieved about to be honest. They scanned me, and said there was 'a collection of blood above my cervix) but that this would likely pass when I have my next period, I left yesterday feeling relieved as the treatment I had in hospital the first time for numerous reasons, left a lot to be desired, and mentally I have taken a massive dip and am struggling, so I was pleased the ordeal was over. However, this afternoon I have started getting hideous pain in my lower abdomen, particularly on the left side, but all the way across my stomach, I am hot to the touch (don't have temp gun) and I feel drowsy and nauseous. Does anyone have any recommendations of what to do? Should I be concerned, is this normal? I understand it could be a virus/bug etc, and I don't want to over-react but myself and my partner are desperate for a baby, and I really don't want to leave anything I shouldn't incase it increases my chances of a miscarriage in the future. This has been the single worst experience of my life. Any advice would be so welcome, and thank you for taking the time to read.
