Clots over 2 weeks after?

its veeb over 2 weeks since my medical miscarriage and I'll have lots of brown discharge/light bleeding the whole time but then 5 days ago bled through 2 pads and passed a clot. Then 3 days ago bled through 1 pad with small clot but today passed a very large clot and blrd through 2 pads (this all after lots of clots and sac on the day and bleeding and clots after) . I just wanted to ask if its normal to still be passing them over 2 weeks after????
[I Know i should see my doctor but it has been impossible to get through and actually get an appointment]
