Sex after MC?

Anyone else feel strange or nervous or just... unappealing in bed?

My partner is so lovely and has been so supportive and caring through our 2x MC this spring/ summer, he hasn't pushed for anything intimate and has just supported me emotionally and also gives me lots of physical affection, and we've been getting back to normal with little indoor dates, movie nights, games and cooking so the problem is def not him.

I just need to shake the feeling of 'oh no what if it happens again?' Mixed with 'he cant possibly find me attractive now, he's probably just horny' also mixed with 'I want to... but i dont want to... but i want to?!'

Bleh. Just a confusing landscape to navigate after MC does anyone relate?

Yeah I can totally relate. After 2 MMCs, For me it's a mixture of feeling unattractive (I gained weight with the two pregnancies) and fear of becoming pregnant again. I guess it's normal, because sex caused so much emotional grief in the form of miscarriages before, that you'd want to avoid it. Be kind to yourself.
