Worried about pregnancy symptoms 9 weeks. Previous miscarriage

Hi there,

I was hoping some of you love people could give me some reassurance/advice. I am 9 weeks pregnant and having very mild symptoms, mild nausea, no vomiting, mild breast tenderness, frequent urination, a little constipated (sorry TMI!) I’m off work at the moment so hard to tell if I’m fatigued as I’m resting most of the time anyway. Most of the time I feel fine. Had a scan at 7 weeks and all was well, symptoms were similar then. Am due back for a scan next week. Due to my previous missed miscarriage where I probably had less symptoms than I’m having now, I’m just so worried it’s going to happen again.

Any advice would be great
