Chances of infection after miscarriage

Hi, I posted a week ago about miscarrying twins at 11 weeks (stopped developing at 8w). Well I passed everything over the weekend and my bleeding has almost stopped. I'm feeling fine in myself and was wondering how long I need to wait before having sex again to avoid risking an infection? Please no judging, am struggling to deal with the loss of the babies and a (necessary) lack of intimacy between me and my partner is making things much harder.
