Morning all [glowers]

Here's the spreadsheet once again

Hope you all had a good week and that it shows on the scales! It's a tricky time of year as we head towards Christmas, with all sorts of lovely goodies to tempt us.

But only three more weeks to go! Still time to lose another 5 or 6lbs ...

good luck everyone

There's a set of scales at work which I just used to weigh myself. According to them, I have lost 7kg. I do not look or feel like I have lost 7kg. I think that they are broke . Unless I am remebering my weight from the GP's weigh in wrong.

I've stayed the same (or even put a pound on, need to check spreadsheet). Have eaten no carbs except allowed veg but haven't had enough water.

Worse still, I'm teetering between 17.0 and 17.1. Was hoping to get under 17 this week. Boo.

Have stuck to it like glue but today really want something sweet, is this normal? I've been on it two weeks tomorrow.

I appear to have lost an inch off my waist even though I had a day off LCing.

I have a night shift tonight at a book printing factory so will be eating carbs as we are only allowed to eat dry things there as there are no breaks, you just eat when nothing is coming down the conveyor belt.

Posted too soon,

Quick and simple so will be a bit boring to post. A roast joint to last several days with dressed salad or veg lots of left overs and eggs is what I predict.

Going back to carrying catch up on the thread now.

Thanks, I dont usually have left overs that I could have for breakfast. I don't cook much, usually a lot of pasta really, so I'll need to think of some easy low carb meals.

I'll start tomorrow, as today was invited to in laws for Sunday dinner. Still not sure about breakfast though. Will I be ok having one coffee with steamed milk in the morning as that's my treat for the day? !

Thanks everyone Smile

Feeling better tonight and ready to get on with LCing, I had a mushroom omelette for dinner while OH had a pizza. I've made some cream of celery soup for lunches next week as well.

I did ride my horse today and it made me so happy as I'd already arranged to go show jumping. Then I looked up guidelines on weights for horses and I think I am OK to ride a bit but won't do hard stuff until I'm lighter. The recommended upper weight limit is 20% of the horses weight. I have a big horse and I'm 15% of his weight.

Will try to post daily food to keep me on track.

Oh Biwi - thank you for your concern. I really do eat properly usually!

Today was a crazy busy day. Lunch was eaten on the run, but supper was a massive bowl of soup made with cream.

Tiny is that all you're eating?! Where's the veg for your lunch? And what about there eat of your dinner?

This isn't a WOE that's about deprivation. You really need to eat properly.

Hi Sarryatt I remember you too, lots of organising of spread sheet. Still time to make a big difference before new year. I've done that; lost loads, felt great, then let it all get back on. Onwards and downwards Flowers

Welcome asmadasmax, there's no rules about breakfast, eat anything you like as long as it's low carb. I have chicken breast, french mayo and salad, or meatballs and cauli rice, courgette spaghetti and bolognaise, whatever's left over from the night before - or omelettes, but then I like eggs.

You won't get smelly breath if you keep your water intake up to flush out the ketones.

Hi SayrraT, I remember you too! Don't be so hard on yourself, you've not had the best of times I gather. Jump in and give it a go - there's time for a few lbs down by xmas :)

I have to admit that I am beginning to get very bored and unmotivated. I just get no pleasure from eating LC all of the time, especially as my family members get to eat whatever they want. I did take a day off LC yesterday- we went to a Christmas market ànd as I couldn't be bothered to just eat meat, whatever went.

Back to it today- breakfast
Eggs and ham
Lunch- spinach, boiled eggs, oily sardines
Dinner- pork chops with creamy mushroom sauce, green veg

I remember you! You did that great spreadsheet didn't you? And as I remember had some family difficulties to overcome. Cut yourself some slack and join in!
