Reading 6 year old - apps??

If my 6 year old - the last reading book we got from school for her before lockdown was phonics phase 5 set 25. Phonics bug books.

I just wondered if there was anywhere like apps or anything that had any books next in the scheme at all so she could carry on? I don't know if this exists or if there's anything else?
Obviously she can read some pre-schooler books herself I just wondered if there was anything like school reading books I can access? She reads them more readily as they're less daunting for her

It is another Phonics scheme used in many schools, similar to Phonics Bug, you'll find phase 5 books on there- try the Green, orange or Turquoise cour book bands.

They've set up free access for parents for covid-19.

I don't think I was being a dick to be honest. I think it was obvious from her post that she hadn't looked at my child's age or what stage she was at (can't be that far away from Biff chip and kipper so way more advanced than the video which surely a teacher would know)

We've found the Oxford owls site really good as you can sort by age/reading level and also search by title eg space so when we exploring space I could find some relevant books for dd to read.

It also has a wicked library. I know you said DD is only 6 but it's not inappropriate for young kids, just sounds like she's a strong reader who has got thru the eggs side quicker than normal

Reading eggs has a KS2 element for when kids have finished the eggs side of it. It's called Reading Eggspress and it covers comprehension, dictionary skills, inference etc

There's also your library service that will have an app. My authority uses Libby, lots do, but there are others too. If you go on their website, there'll be a link for it.
All the books are grouped by ages, so I know it's not as focused as Oxford Owls, but as there's no cost involved if she finds a book too hard or too easy, you just "return" it and get something else that's more suited. She'll be able to do all that herself in the app once you've logged her in using her library card. (If you don't have one, it took my library service 10hours to get back to me with a temporary login, most of which was nighttime!)
It's given us a bigger pool of books to enjoy for free.

Also reading Eggs says it has stuff for older children. 30 day free trial at the moment. I'm strongly considering paying for it as it has much better writing and capital letter recognition plus maths stuff

I don't know the scheme your daughter is on but my kids have 'epic' app which has books you can sort by reading level. I think you can sort our library online books by level too in the advanced search. Or try something like 'reading eggs' which has books and comprehension sections as well as basic learning to read (our school subscribe to it for us but I hadn't realised before).
