I was in two minds about whether to post about this, but I know that reading positive stories helped me in my darkest infertility moments so I thought I would. You may have seen that I've posted a couple of times before about infertility.
I'm 39 and have a one year old born through IVF after 18 months of ttc naturally. I had a fibroid removed, but other than that we were billed as having unexplained infertility.
We said we'd give ourselves 6 months of ttc naturally this time round, but I was fully expecting to have to have IVF again. In fact I posted just the other day how crap I felt about it.
Anyway, I've just found out I;m pregnant. On the 4th month of trying. It's such early days I'm terrified to even type it here. But I think the main thing is we now know that we can get pregnant. Which is massive!
I hope this is of some help or a bit of hope to anyone who's struggling.
