Can anyone recommend one, please?! Something not too expensive!

I have that Bosch one, bought in November 2012 and still going strong.
I have never had a kettle last so long.

We've got a slightly different version of that Bosch kettle - it's got a digital control rather than the buttons (had that model before until it finally gave up the ghost). Not massively cheap, but it's the best kettle we've ever had!

Thank you for the replies! Do you find that hot drinks taste better with the different temperatures?

I also have the Bosch Styline. Just to warn you that it's quite heavy, so if you have RA or Carpel Tunnel, you might find it difficult to manage. I haven't really used the various temps, I mostly drink tea.

Oh, that’s useful to know. My muscles are not strong (for medical reasons), so it probably wouldn’t be a good option for me.

Definitely not as it's heavy when filled. Have you thought about one of those standing water heaters instead of a kettle? The CASO Turbo Hot Water Dispenser has temperature options and you don't have to pick it up.

There are some more kettle options here:

We have that Bosch kettle. We are on our second one. We bought the current one just before the first lockdown as we thought the old one was about to die. It finally gave up the ghost about three weeks ago.
I don't find it too heavy and I have bad arthritis in my wrists and hands.

We've got the Bosch Skyline.

Never found it heavy, or DH and he's got arthritis in his hands.

DP has a Brewista (thanks to me) it's a goose neck kettle so much better for brewing coffee in a filter but also used for hot ribena

DH recently got a Fellow variable temp one with the gooseneck spout for (dicking around with endlessly) making coffee. It looks quite smart, but it was a bit pricy and isn’t any good for anything requiring more than 1 litre of water

I weighed the kettle today. With just over two cups of water, it was 3.9 lb. If you would find that manageable, then it's the kettle for you.

I was looking at those gooseneck kettles and wondering what they were for.

We’ve had a similar Bosch one to what has been linked and it’s lasted us about seven years so far. I have zero criticisms.

We have the sage one and it's been good so far. It replaced a kitchen aid one which died just after the five year warranty expired.

We also have the Bosch one. Had this latest one a few months, but had another one before this. It gets some batter in our house with a tea drinker and coffee drinker both working from home. Well worth it in our opinion.

Morrisons have one right now for about £25! It’s called Verona and I’m really pleased so far.
